Situational awareness, not another to-do list

See what’s closing inbefore it becomes urgent.

Radar connects the systems your work already lives in — calendar, inbox, CRM, ERP — and shows what matters, what’s approaching, what needs action, what’s at risk and what can wait.

“Stop maintaining another to-do list. Radar watches the systems where your work already lives.”

The problem

You are the integration layer

The deadline is in a project plan, the deal is in the CRM, the request is in your inbox, the appointment is in your calendar, and the thing you promised is in your head. Nothing is late — until it all is.

Long-term work turns urgent

Important work with no immediate deadline keeps getting displaced by whatever is shouting today.

The loudest email wins

An unread count treats a newsletter and a customer with a £180k decision as equals.

Another system to maintain

Most tools ask you to re-enter what your CRM, calendar and ERP already know. So you stop.

How Radar works

Connect → Radar → Act

1

Connect

Sign in to Radar, then connect Microsoft 365, your CRM and your ERP. One click each — no tenant IDs or client secrets.

2

Radar

Everything that has a date, a value or a consequence is plotted by how close it is. Colour is risk, not just time.

3

Act

Reply to the customer who is waiting, reserve time for the work that has no runway, tick the habit, clear it from your Radar.

The Radar dashboard: today’s schedule, the radar plot, priority inbox, habits, activities and upcoming deadlines in one view.
One screen: today’s calendar, the radar, the email that needs you, your activities and habits.
What you get

Two radars, one operating picture

Commitment Radar

R&D proof points, deadlines, promises and personal objectives. Distance is time to the meaningful deadline; risk also weighs consequence, confidence, progress, dependencies and whether your calendar actually has room for the work.

Opportunity Radar

Open deals from your CRM. Distance is the expected close date, size is value, and colour picks up stalled deals, missing next steps and overdue activities — whichever CRM they came from.

Priority Inbox

Email matched to CRM contacts and live opportunities, scored by deal value, close date, how long someone has been waiting and whether they decide. Not by unread count.

Horizon & habits

Goals and long-running issues stay visible before they become emergencies. Habits tick off in one tap, with an accountability partner if it helps.

Every priority is explained: which deal, how close, how long they have waited.

Built to fit how you already work

Minimal manual entry, by design

Before Radar adds a form, it asks whether a connected system already knows the answer. Manual entry is for the things no system tracks: the promise you made, the proof point you owe, the goal you keep displacing.

Sources stay in charge

Your CRM owns the deal, Outlook owns the message, Odoo owns the activity. Radar caches, ranks, links and proposes — and writes back only when you say so.

Runs on your own server

Radar is self-hosted: a Raspberry Pi is enough to start, and it moves to any Linux server without changing anything.

Human in the loop

AI drafts and suggests. It never sends an email, creates a CRM action or changes a deal on its own.

Questions people ask

Is this another task manager?

No. Radar holds the small set of commitments no system tracks for you, and reads everything else from the tools you already use. The goal is fewer systems to monitor, not one more to maintain.

Where does my data live?

On your own server. Email, calendar, CRM and ERP records stay in those systems; Radar keeps a working cache so the dashboard is fast, and encrypts every credential it stores.

Do I have to connect everything?

No. One connection is enough to be useful. Most people start with Microsoft 365, then add their CRM.

What does the AI actually do?

It drafts a reply using the email, the linked opportunity and your company knowledge, explains its reasoning, flags anything it could not verify, and proposes a follow-up activity. You edit and send; you confirm the follow-up.

What does it cost?

Radar is in private beta and free for beta users while we learn what matters. Pricing comes later, and it won’t require adding another SaaS subscription to run it.
