Free, and staying free
Your money back if it isn’t for you
There’s no free trial. Try the sample radar first, with no account. When you subscribe you get all of Radar from the first minute, and you can cancel in two clicks at any time.
Changing your mind. The first time you subscribe: pay yearly and you have 45 days to tell us and get all of it back; pay monthly and you have 14 days. Whether you’re buying as a person or as a company. It is a promise we make once to each customer, and consumers also keep their statutory rights.
What we promise about renewals. A reminder 7 days before your first charge after any free or discounted period. A reminder 7 days before every annual renewal. A reminder every 6 months on monthly plans. Your renewal date is always visible in the app, and cancelling takes two clicks.
Questions
Is there a free plan?
Not of the full Radar. There are some free tools and a money-back promise, but no free trial and no cut-down free tier: we’d rather charge a fair price than build a version designed to frustrate you into upgrading. Radar Lite, the habit tracker on its own, is free.
Will the price go up?
Not for you inside a founding lock. For anyone else, any change comes with at least 45 days’ notice, we’ll say why, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then the radar goes read-only. Export everything at any time. We delete your data 60 days after that, after warning you.
Which of my systems does it actually work with?
That’s on the integrations page, connector by connector, with the date each one was last checked against a real account. Some are verified, some are in beta, some are planned, and we label them that way everywhere. Odoo: Needs Odoo Custom, Odoo.sh or on-premise Odoo. The external API is not on Odoo Standard. Ninety: Needs Ninety’s Thrive or Legacy plan. The API is not on Accelerate, Essentials or Free.
Do you use my data to train an AI?
No. AI drafting uses your own OpenAI key, and Radar never sends anything without you pressing send.
