What Radar is
Radar shows people what is closing in over the next ninety days, before it becomes urgent. It reads the calendars, inboxes, task lists and CRM they already use, puts every deadline, deal and commitment on one screen, and checks the calendar to say whether there is time to do each job before it is due.
Radar is an early-warning radar for the next ninety days. It reads the calendars, inboxes, task lists and, if there is one, the CRM a small business already uses, and puts what is closing in on one screen: deadlines without the hours booked to meet them, customers waiting on a reply, deals about to close, and the household dates nobody tracks, like the MOT, an insurance renewal or bin day.
Its distinguishing feature is calendar runway. For each job, Radar checks the calendar and says whether there is enough free time left to do the work before the date, then suggests focus time and, with Outlook or Microsoft 365, books it.
Radar works with Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com, Gmail, Google Calendar and Tasks, any published calendar feed, Plan to Eat meal plans, Pipedrive, Odoo (Custom, Odoo.sh or on-premise) and Xero. It costs £15 a month or £144 a year per person; anyone who subscribes before 31 March 2027 pays the founding price of £10 a month, locked for 24 months. Radar is made by Neos Technologies Ltd in the UK.
“Radar covers the next ninety days; Copilot covers today.”
Four in ten small-business owners lost money or a customer to something that slipped
A follow-up missed, a renewal that lapsed, a deadline that arrived before the work was done. In October we asked owners of small UK firms whether it had happened to them in the last three months.
24 of 57 owners of firms with 1 to 19 staff said something slipped that cost them money or a customer.
said it had happened more than once.
put the cost at £100 or more, and 3 at £1,000 to £10,000.
Across all 143 usable answers, including the self-employed and employed managers, 64 (45%) said the same.
Radar’s own online survey of UK adults, run through the research panel Prolific in October 2026, screened for owners of firms with 1 to 19 staff. Answers that failed an attention check or were rushed were left out. A panel survey, not a measure of every UK business. The full figures are available on request.

What we can talk about
Why small firms miss what they could see coming
The date was in a calendar or a CRM all along. What nobody checked was whether there was time to do the work. Our survey figures, and what owners told us.
Calendar runway
A to-do list says a job is due on Friday; it doesn’t say the week is already full. Radar measures the hours a job needs against the free time before its date.
Work and home on one screen
The week a deadline lands is the week the school form, the MOT and the birthday slip. Radar watches both, with one switch to show only one.
