You choose who sees it
Nothing is shared until you share it, one habit at a time, and you can stop sharing whenever you like. The other person sees that habit’s ticks and, if you allow it, your streak.

For families
Everyone aged 13 or over has their own free account and shares the habits they choose with whoever they choose, parents included. Radar Lite for younger children, set up and looked after by a parent, is coming: it is being designed to the ICO’s Children’s Code first, so it is private by default and never nudges a child.
