Last updated 2026-11-01. Plain-English terms for using Radar, and for a paid subscription.

1. What Radar is

Radar aggregates and ranks information from systems you connect, and helps you act on it. We keep improving it, so features change.

2. Your account

Radar is for people aged 18 or over. Radar Lite, described below, is for people aged 13 or over.

Keep your password to yourself, use an email address you control, and do not share your account. You are responsible for what happens under it. A workspace owner can invite, remove and manage members of their workspace.

3. Connected systems

When you connect a provider you authorise Radar to read the data described on the Integrations page on your behalf, and to write back only the actions you explicitly take. You must have the right to connect those accounts, and you remain bound by those providers’ own terms.

4. AI features

AI drafts are suggestions. You are responsible for anything you send. Radar will not send an email, create a CRM action or change a record without your explicit action, and it is not a source of technical, legal, financial or contractual advice.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Radar to break the law, to send unsolicited bulk email, to access data you are not entitled to, or to attack the service or the systems it connects to. We may suspend an account that does.

6. Availability and data

We do not guarantee uptime. We take nightly backups and test restores, but you should keep your own records; your source systems remain the authoritative copy. You can export or delete your data at any time.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Ending it

You may stop using Radar and delete your account whenever you like. If we ever stop offering Radar, we will give reasonable notice and you will be able to export your data first.

Radar Lite

Radar Lite is the habit tracker from Radar on its own. For as long as we offer it, it is free: we do not charge for it, it never turns into a paid subscription by itself, and we never take payment details for it. It is for people aged 13 and over. If you are 18 or over you can switch your account to the full Radar from inside Radar Lite and subscribe; your account becomes a full Radar account with your habits kept, and the terms for the full Radar then apply to you. We may stop offering Radar Lite. If we do, we will tell you at least 60 days beforehand and you will be able to download your habits first. Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you.

9. The referral offer

Everyone gets a personal link. Once paid plans are open, for every month a person who joined Radar through your link pays for a subscription, you get £2, for as long as you are a subscriber yourself. There is no limit to how many people. It is earned on payments that were kept: a payment counts once its money-back period has passed (14 days on a monthly plan, 45 on a yearly one, where a year counts as twelve months), and never if it was refunded. It comes off your own Radar bill first; anything above your bill is paid to you by bank transfer once it reaches £20. A person can only be referred once, and the first link they used counts. Referring yourself, or accounts that aren’t real people, doesn’t count. What you earn is yours to declare for tax. This replaced an earlier offer of free months on 13 October 2026; a free month already earned can still be used. We may change or end the offer with at least 45 days’ notice, which never affects money already earned.

This part applies from the moment you subscribe to Radar Pro. Where it says something different from the sections above, this part is the one that applies to a paid subscription.

P1. Who can subscribe

Radar Pro is sold to people aged 18 or over who are billed in the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Japan, Singapore or South Africa, and to businesses anywhere that give their tax ID at Checkout. We do not yet sell to individuals billed anywhere else, including the European Union, because of how tax works there. The plan screen asks where you are billed before any payment is taken; if the payment page then shows you are billed somewhere we cannot sell to you, the subscription is ended at once and everything you paid is refunded. If you buy for yourself and not for a business, you are a consumer, and nothing in these terms takes away the rights the law gives a consumer.

P2. What you get, and what it costs

One plan, with everything Radar does. The price is per seat, monthly or yearly, and is the price shown on our price page and again at Checkout before you confirm. That is the whole amount you pay. A seat is one person with their own account in your workspace. A Home seat for your partner comes free with every paid seat and is never charged.

If you add a seat after subscribing, it is charged at the same per-seat price for the part of the billing period that is left, and then at each renewal. If you remove a seat, you stop paying for it from the next renewal.

P3. Your first week

A new workspace has all of Radar free for its first 7 days, counted from when it is made. No card is asked for and nothing is charged at the end of it: if no plan has been chosen by then, nothing new is connected or synced in the workspace until it subscribes, and what is already there stays where you can see it. The first week is once for each workspace. When you subscribe you pay that day, and P6 says how to get your money back if it is not for you. You can also look round an invented week in the sample radar first, without an account. If you were a member of the Radar beta, your free access runs until 28 November 2026, and we email you before it ends.

P4. Paying and renewing

Payments are taken by Stripe, our payment provider; we never see or keep your card number. A subscription renews on the same date each month or each year until you cancel. A reminder 7 days before your first charge after any free or discounted period. A reminder 7 days before every annual renewal. A reminder every 6 months on monthly plans. Your renewal date is always visible in the app, and cancelling takes two clicks.

If a payment fails, Stripe tries again and we tell you. If it still cannot be taken, the subscription ends and Radar becomes read-only, as it would after a cancellation.

P5. Cancelling

Cancel in Settings → Billing, in two clicks, at any time, or email hello@putitonmyradar.com. We confirm it in writing. You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for; nothing further is charged. After that Radar is read-only, and we delete the workspace 60 days later, after warning you by email. You can export your data at any point before then. Apart from what P6 says, we do not refund the rest of a period you have already paid for.

P6. Changing your mind, and refunds

The law. If you are a consumer you have 14 days from the day you subscribe to cancel for any reason. Because you ask at Checkout for the service to start straight away, if you cancel inside those 14 days after the paid service has started we may keep a proportionate amount for the days you had, and refund the rest.

Our own promise. The first time you subscribe, tell us within 45 days of your first payment on a yearly plan, or 14 days on a monthly one, and we refund all of it, whether you bought as a person or as a business. Your subscription ends when we refund it. We make this promise once to each customer: it does not apply again to someone who has had their money back before, under another email address or in another workspace. Neither of these replaces the other.

To ask, cancel in Settings → Billing and reply to your receipt, or email hello@putitonmyradar.com. Refunds go back to the card that paid, normally within 14 days of your asking.

P7. The founding price

A founding price is locked for 24 months from your first payment, on every seat in your workspace, including seats you add later. It is a guarantee about the price and not a minimum term: you can cancel at any time. It is tied to a continuous subscription; if you cancel and come back inside the 24 months we honour what is left of the lock once. When the lock ends the price becomes the list price then in force, and we tell you at least 45 days beforehand. The founding price stops being offered to new subscribers on 31 March 2027. P8. If the price changes

We may change the price of Radar Pro. We will email the account owner at least 45 days before a change takes effect and say why. A change never applies part-way through a period you have already paid for, and never to a founding price inside its lock. If you do not want to pay the new price, cancel before it takes effect.

P9. Money back for referrals

While you subscribe, you get £2 for every month each person you referred pays for Radar. It comes off your bill first and anything above it is paid to you. The rules are on the referral page. A free month earned under the earlier offer is used only when you choose, at the point you subscribe.

P10. The service you are paying for

We will provide Radar with reasonable care and skill, keep it working, and fix faults we are told about. We do not promise it will never be unavailable. Radar depends on the systems you connect (Microsoft, Google, your CRM and others): if one of them changes, limits or withdraws access, the part of Radar that reads it may stop until we can adapt, and we will say so on the Integrations page. Your own systems remain the authoritative copy of your data.

If you are a consumer and Radar is faulty or not as described, the law gives you the right to have it put right and, if it cannot be, to some or all of your money back.

P11. If we end it

We may suspend or end a subscription that is not paid, or that is used in breach of section 5; where we can, we tell you first and give you the chance to put it right. If we stop offering Radar Pro altogether, we will give at least 60 days’ notice, you will be able to export your data, and we will refund the part of any period you have paid for and will not receive.

P12. What we are responsible for

If you are a consumer. We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or not using reasonable care and skill. Radar is for your own and your household’s use as well as your work; we are not responsible for business losses such as lost profit, lost business or business interruption.

If you are a business. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue, business or data. Our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us for Radar in those 12 months.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited.

P13. Your data

What we collect and how we use it is in our privacy notice. If you use Radar for a business and need a data processing agreement, email hello@putitonmyradar.com.

P14. Changes to these terms

If we change this part in a way that affects what you pay or what you get, we will email the account owner at least 45 days beforehand, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.

P15. Complaints, and the law

Tell us what has gone wrong at hello@putitonmyradar.com and we will reply within five working days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring a claim in the courts where you live. You are contracting with Neos Technologies Ltd, company number 17333336.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Who you are contracting with

Radar is provided by Neos Technologies Ltd, company no. 17333336, registered office 55 School Road, Runcton Holme, PE33 0AN, registered in England and Wales. Neos Technologies Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office as a data controller, registration number ZC261269; you can check it on the ICO’s public register.
