A free habit tracker with an accountability partner
Radar Lite is a free habit tracker with an accountability partner built in: tick a habit in one tap, keep your streak, and share the habits you choose with a friend, a parent or a coach who sees whether they are done.
Radar Lite is free: no card, and nothing that turns into a subscription. For anyone 13 or over.

Habits stick when someone else is watching
Most habit trackers are a private list of ticks, and a private list is easy to let slide. Telling someone you will do it every day, and knowing they will see if you don’t, is what keeps a habit going through the bad weeks.
But sharing your whole phone or every habit is too much. You want to share one habit, with one person.
A habit tracker you can share
One tap a day
Daily, weekly or on the days you choose, with a reminder at the time you pick if you want one.
Share the habits you choose
Share one habit or several in one invitation. Your partner sees whether each is done, or that you said you didn’t today, and your streak if you allow it.
Done, not done, or still open
Say you didn’t do it today and the day is closed honestly. Until you do, an open day neither breaks your streak nor counts as a miss.
Fix the week
Forgot to tick yesterday? Any of the last seven days can be ticked, or marked not done, from the week strip.
How to use an accountability partner for a habit
An accountability partner works because someone else will notice. It works best with a few simple rules.
- Pick one or two habits to share, not everything. A partner can only care about so much.
- Choose someone who will notice and say something, kindly: a friend, a parent, a coach.
- Make the habit specific: “a 20-minute walk before work”, not “exercise more”.
- Record honestly. A day you didn’t do it is information, not failure.
- Check in once a week, about the week rather than each day.
Radar Lite shares only the habits you choose, shows your partner whether each is done, and lets you close a day honestly with “didn’t do it today”.

Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Radar Lite costs nothing, takes no card and never turns into a subscription by itself.
Does my partner need an account?
They follow the link in the invitation and start a free Radar Lite account of their own.
What can my partner see?
Only the habits you shared with them: whether each one was done, and your streak if you allow it. Nothing else in your account.
Can I share with more than one person?
Yes. Share each habit with whoever you choose, and stop sharing any of them whenever you like.
Does my partner get reminded?
Your partner sees your shared habits in their own Radar Lite, including when you have said you didn’t do one today. Reminders to do the habit come to you.
