Before and after the move

  • Update the address on the TV Licensing website, as close to moving day as you can (GOV.UK).
  • Note the renewal date while you are there, so it does not catch you out in the new home.
  • Work through the rest: the moving house checklist has the council, DVLA, HMRC, the electoral register, your energy supplier and your GP.

What Radar does with this

  • Life setup asks: “When does your TV Licence renew?” The renewal date is on your licence or in your TV Licensing account. Radar reminds you 21 days ahead.
  • Life setup asks when your TV Licence renews and reminds you ahead, every year, in the new home as in the old.

Radar reads the calendars, task lists and CRM you connect, and the dates you give it. It writes back only when you press a button, and it never sends anything by itself.

Limitations and status

  • Radar does not contact TV Licensing for you. It reminds you of the renewal date you give it.

Also free: Radar Lite, the habit tracker on its own, for you and anyone 13 or over in the family.
